Do I have to Pay Any Setup Fees?
No. We don’t charge setup fees for anything!
What Is Your Policy on I.P. Version 4 Addresses?
We provide I.P. addresses per Arin justification within reason. We do not limit client’s servers to 1 I.P. address.
What Is Your Policy on I.P. Version 6 Addresses?
We provide I.P. Version 6 addresses per Arin justification. We DO NOT limit clients to a single I.P. version 6 address or a single /64 subnet. We often allocate /56 or /48 subnets to clients and support sharing a larger allocation among multiple servers.
Do You Support E-Mail Marketing?
NO! You may not use our service bulk e-mail services. We block port 25 outgoing by default to prevent people from using our I.P. ranges for spam. We recommend using a third party e-mail delivery service like sendgrid or postmark.
If you would like access to send outbound mail from your server please put in a support ticket.
Do I have to pay anything to get the $200 credit?
No. If you don’t use more than $200 worth of service you will not be charged anything. We require a credit card on file to prevent abuse and in the event that you go over $200, however you are welcome to use $200 or less and you will not be charged anything.
I would like a feature enabled on my server, how do I do it?
Please put in a support request. We are happy to help. We are in the process of adding more features to the control panel so you can do more without putting in a support request.
